Hope everyone had a great weekend. To continue with college essay writing, here are a few things that make you go, hmmmm... See if you can figure out what to correct in each example. Leave a comment if you have questions.

3. Verbs has to agree with their subjects.
4. Don't use no double negatives.
5. A writer must not shift your point of view.
6. Likewise, a writer must not shift his verb tense when he did his work.
7. Don't write run-on sentences you have to punctuate them.
8. Because sentence fragments are usually bad form.
9. Make sure to use commas in letters essays reports articles to mark a series.
10. Don't, sprinkle, commas, which aren't necessary.
11. Its important to use apostrophe's right.
12. Don't abbrev. unnecessarily.
13. In my opinion I think that an author when he or she is writing shouldn't get into the habit of making use of too many unnecessary words that he or she does not really need in order to put his or her message across.
14. About repetition, the repetition of a word might or might not be effective repetition.
15. When writing about literature, always wrote in present tense; History uses past tense.
16. Always spell check and read allowed from common missed takes.
17. Last but not least, cool it with the clichés at this point in time.
18. Never be wishy washy in your writing, but that's just my opinion.
19. Formal writing shouldn't use any contractions.
20. To conclude, don't overstate the obvious, but end effectively.
